FEDLINK is pleased to present an in-depth look at Westlaw StatutesPlus
Have you ever performed research on a particular statute that involved
exhaustive searches in several databases? Would you like to learn how
to
streamline the statute research process using StatutesPlus? This
seminar
will cover the major functionality of StatutesPlus, including:
Easy statutes retrieval for federal and state statutes
Navigational features using the Table of Contents, Index, Popular Name
Tables and Prior Versions links
Determine the current status of a statute with KeyCite
Review cases that analyze your statute (last 60 days, Notes of
Decisions and
Additional Citing References)
We'll also branch out and cover the New Tabs for Bankruptcy and
Immigration
research, additional content added to ResultsPlus and enhancements to
WestClip.
