I would like to propose the addition of $x Effect of manganese on to the
list of subdivisions free-floating under Plants and Crops and am unsure how
to adapt the Web forms both to propose a subdivision and to propose the
related 360 needed under Plants--Effect of manganese on.

Is the omission of 180/360/681 options from these forms deliberate? Is there
a different mechanism I should use for subdivision proposals? Can I ignore
the instruction to select the tag from the pull-down tab and type 180 in the
adjacent box--and use the comments box for other non-prompted fields? Would
it be better to edit the email version of the form?
