Fixed.  Also moved it to a better location:

Now, here's a question:

If parameter names are case sensitive (which I believe that they are as
XML is case sensitive), then X-foo and x-foo are different parameters.
Should we be more explicit in the documenation at
   http://www.loc.gov/z3950/agency/zing/srw/extra-data.html
that the x must be lower case?
