Hi Dave,
As far as I know, you're correct on the auto reverse feature but over time
this feature may be problematic esp. as support for the line is
diminishing. The CR7A has a meter based azimuth adjustment & excellent
sonics. A gentle reminder that cassette decks benefit from additional
isolation & the most economically effective solution I'm familiar with is
the new Vibrapod cone from Kennard Industries, www.vibrapod.com.
