Firstly apologies for not spotting this.

Secondly - whilst it is an error for an SRW server to return a
stylesheet instruction is it strictly an error for a client to request
one? i.e. if an SRW receives a request including a stylesheet request
should it ignore it or return a diagnostic (what diagnostic?)
