Hmm if it is an error for the client to request a stylesheet, does that
mean that the stylesheet parameter is not needed in requestType ?

Are there any circumstances when an SRW client would need to send a
stylesheet parameter.....and get it back as a parameter in echoedRequest
(NOT as an instruction, which is not allowed)?
