I'd like to generalize the rule to apply to the URL syntax for cases
where a parameter listed on the service description page points to
another page where there are sub-parameters -- the rule being that
sub-parameters are delimited by comma and repetitions by space.

If nobody objects, I'll add this to the service description and  url
pages.
