Yes, we do submit the GPO Form 3868 Notification of Intent to Publish
when sending printing jobs to the GPO.
Yes, we do house our Bureau of Reclamation's publication within our
library.
The SOD sells eight of our publications/manuals.
The NTIS also sells some of our publications.
Some of our printed publications are also available on the internet.

I am requesting information from libraries that handle their agency's
publications, particularly:

 whether or not you submit the GPO Form 3868 "Notification of Intent
to
Publish" or have other methods to notify GPO?
do you house agency's materials within your library? if so, by sudocs?
as
a separate collection? or by some other organizational method?

For those who respond, if  I also could have your opinions (pro/con)
on
the methods you employ or employed in the past.
