Leaving aside MARC, does that really make sense? Let's imagine a live
concert that is recorded, and later broadcast. The capture date is
really the concert date; isn't it? I guess it depends on what
"capture" means in this context, but I'd tend to think the date it is
broadcast is closer to the dateIssued.
