Not yet, but I was tinkering with my servers' implementations of scan and
wanted to know what the correct response would be. And (if everyone
agrees with Ralph) this should probably be noted in the documentation.
Currently our only scan diagnostic is Reponse position out of range.
Surely we should also have 'Too many terms requested', details: maximum
number of terms.
