Right, it's not one algorithm but the basis for several on the list,
including CORI, DTF-CORI, LR and OKAPI.
Equally, I didn't include Statistical Language Modelling or KL Divergence
as families of algorithms because doing so serves no real need. Asking
the server to use one of a family doesn't allow you to compare those
relevancies across servers, so you might as well just use cql.relevant.
