Right. But this is another Dumb Client thing, right? Among the
assumptions that Dumb Clients make is that their users are English (or
at least can read English error messages!)
I completely agree that Real Clients should feel free to ignore the
message in favour of interpreting the diagnostic code and addinfo in a
way that's appropriate for their users.
