This is my only real complaint about the document :) In my opinion you
should pick one and say that it's the single correct version. Otherwise
we end up back in the Z39.50 state of affairs with 16 different ways to
search for titles in 16 different servers.
Perhaps the large number of indexes could be cut down a bit to only the
ones that are actually used in practice (but I don't know, maybe they all
are) Or could be split into other context sets... Some of the controlled
keywords vs uncontrolled keywords look to me something which could be
re-factored in a more cross-domain fashion.
For example, isn't uncontrolled subject keywords just 'dc.description'?
But there's nothing wrong with having lots of indexes if they're useful to
the GILS community.
