Subject    :    Data Management

Because of the impending Hurricane Frances, Data Management will
not be accepting new transactions on Thursday, September 2, 2004,
and WebNet will be shut down. New transactions should be completed today, Wednesday, September 1, 2004.

In addition, WebNet will also be shut down Friday, September 3,
2004 and on Labor Day, Monday, September 6, 2004.
