The info uri could easily include a DOI or a SICI (although the SICI
hasn't been registered yet). However, I don't think using "info" solves
the underlying problem, which is that the same article needs to be given
the SAME identifier by different people/databases, and there is no
universal identifier that currently is one-to-one with the article.
