Hi,

I wanted to inquire about the licensing of the stylesheets on the MODS
website, with regard to converting MARCXML to MODS. Specifically, that
would be MARC21slim2MODS3.xsl and MARC21slimUtils.xsl.

I'm the author of a software application called Tellico,
http://www.periapsis.org/tellico/, which is licensed under the GNU General
Public License, a fairly well-known free software license. I'd like to
include the stylesheets with Tellico, but since they didn't include a
copyright or license notice, I wasn't sure if that was allowed.
