There shouldn't be any of these, in my opinion.
dc.author is not a valid index, regardless of if it's used in (poor)
examples.
As soon as we say 'dc.author' == 'dc.creator' then everyone will say,
cool, you can also add 'ccg.cardDesigner' and 'music.composer' to that
too, when the semantics are all 'the agent that created the object'
