FEDLINK is in the process of reconciling its federal agency members'
FY2000 Transfer Pay service accounts. All FY2000 FEDLINK vendors have
been notified that they must either certify that they have NO FY2000
invoices for services or submit invoices valid under a Basic Ordering
Agreement (BOA) with the Library of Congress for FY2000. Certifications
or invoices must be submitted by December 22, 2004.
FEDLINK is accelerating its call for invoices this year because of
plans to convert to a new local financial system in the spring of 2005.
