Sorry, left out one of the descriptors.
So where we had:
--------------------------------------------------------
<xsd:element name="name" type="nameType"/>
<xsd:element name="title" type="mods:baseTitleInfoType"/>
<xsd:element name="nameTitle" type="nameTitleType"/>
<xsd:element name="topic"/>
<xsd:element name="temporal" type="mods:dateType"/>
<xsd:element name="genre"/>
<xsd:element name="geographic"/>
<xsd:element name="hierarchicalGeographic"
type="mods:hierarchicalGeographicType"/>
<xsd:element name="occupation"/>
-------------------------------------------------------------
Add (after third line):
<xsd:element name="subject" type="subjectType"/>
(Or, rather than after the third line, probably re-order the list.)
And the datatype:
...........
<xsd:complexType name="subjectType">
<xsd:choice minOccurs='1' maxOccurs="unbounded">
<xsd:element name="topic"/>
<xsd:element name="temporal" type="mods:dateType"/>
<xsd:element name="geographic"/>
</xsd:choice>
</xsd:complexType>
Does this help?
Thanks.
