yes, that was a clerical error, I meant to remove it.

Ok, but I'd prefer to add the xlink attribute to the "descriptors" data
type, and then all three - authortity, related, and variant - will have it.

Ok. So now the descriptorType has xlink and language. So I created a new
group for these two and modified the descriptorGroup (which goes with each
individual descriptor) to reference it.
