One post != consensus :)
There's only one time when it's meaningful to say that you support POST,
and that's when you're talking about SRU. If you support SRW then you must
support it via POST.
One explain record represents one service interface to one database, not
one database and any number of services which access it. It's already
slightly kludgey to talk about SRW/U, but still within the bounds of
reasonable expectation as they behave identically. As soon as you start
adding multiple serverInfo sections you can have multiple protocols
referenced in one ZeeRex record, and I am absolutely opposed to this as
we're creeping in a lot of unnecessary complexity which ZeeRex has tried
hard and successfully to avoid.
