Not quite.  I'm a smart client and I'd like to get short version of
MarcXML.  I can see that there is support for the MarcXML schema, but I
have no way of recognizing a brief MarcXML schema.  None of the
identifiers that allowed me to recognize the MarcXML schema are present
in the brief MarcXML schema.

The explain entry for the brief schema needs to carry both the brief tag
and some pointer to the schema that it is a brief version of.
