The issue is the mismatch between SRU and SRW.
In SRW:
<extraRequestData>
<foo:accept xmlns:foo="info:srw/1/extensions/accept">any</foo:accept>
</extraRequestData>
or
<foo:acceptAny xmlns:foo="info:srw/1/extensions/acceptAny"/>
vs SRU:
...&x-info-1-accept=any
