Not particularly convincing - I think it more likely that the intent was
"exposes" but badly phrased. Not least of all because under your
interpretation Ralph's implementation is still wrong (since BasicIndex
is not "from any context set you know" since it isn't in a context set
and leads to the somewhat silly situation that Ralph has to create a
context set (say OCLC) containing an index OCLC.BasicIndex so that the
server can "know" this index but not expose it.
