No such rule will ever exist because we're smart enough to not to make
unenforceable rules.
We will provide guidelines that discourage such behavior just as the DC
folks would encourage them to use DC.creator in their schemas instead of
news.byline. (My bet is that that is a no-brainer to them already.)
So, you can rightly expect a shot across the bow whenever you propose an
index to us that looks like one we've seen before. But, the worst that
will happen is a loud harrumph that might get heard 'round the world.
