I would be happy to have the Maintenance Agency (especially as that's not
me! :D ) be responsable for maintaining a core __profile__ which specified
a number of core index names from dc, dcterms, bath, cql, net, rec, zthes,
whatever.
But that's all it is, it's a profile. You'd still have to give the real
names for the indexes, and that's how it should be. (As per the discussion
about Eliot's GILS set)
If you want to have aliases for indexes for your own use, then you'll need
to create the context set yourself.
