There are two related proposals:
1: A way to match every single record
2: A way to match every record that has a value for a given index
I think that 1 is best served by a magical index in the cql context set.
eg cql.alwaysMatches = "" --> all records in db match
This fits the requirement and use cases and is easy to implement.
I think that there are already ways to do 2 (more than just the one I
pointed out, as Adam demonstrated) and we don't need another one.
The original proposal by Mike was a relation modifier, which I think is
overly complex for a simple requirement.
