So, the recommended workaround is to set min_occurs="0" for the two
elements in the choice. I made that change and seem to be working
again.
I don't think we should make that change in the base WSDL, but we need a
place to record the problem and the workaround. A comment in the
xcql.xsd seems appropriate, but, for all I know, there might have been
one in there already.
I think a big note on the wsdl page would help. I might even have
noticed it.
