Jodi,
At Indiana we have switched from XMetaL to Oxygen (http://
www.oxygenxml.com/), and we've been pleased with the transition.
Oxygen is suitable for general encoding but also has many features
that make it a powerful tool for more advanced encoders and
programmers. The pricing is also very attractive.
