I find that Description, Authority control (names and titles), Subject
Analysis, and Classification works best for me. Introducing them to
authority control for name headings first provides a nice segue into
subjects as authorized terms.

Description, subject analysis, classification is the only order that makes
sense to me. I have tried doing it in every permutation of that (mainly
between issues of AACRII where it wasn't available at the beginning of the
semester) and can't make that work at all.
