Hello Tom,

I agree with your total response, since I've installed many sound cards 
in PCs with excellent results.  My only major problems have been, in 
general, with "clicks and pops" in playing back files, but that problem 
generally has been corrected by downloading the latest drivers.

But, I'm still interested in anyone's opinion/experience with USB boxes.
