Removing the restrictions was unintentional and I have no idea how this
happened. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. We will try to figure
it out and restore what was there. The only things that were supposed to
change were:
- everything related to versioning (addition of a version attribute,
change in namespace, etc.)
- make relatedEventIdentification optional by adding minOccurs=0 in
Objects schema
