I corrected the two places that refer to dateTime to use the simple
approach and so that these schemas now are usable:

eventDateTime in:
http://www.loc.gov/standards/premis/v1/Event-v1-1.xsd

dateCreatedByApplication in:
http://www.loc.gov/standards/premis/v1/Object-v1-1.xsd

Obviously we have more discussion about other possible changes.

They're not linked from the main PREMIS page yet.
