<smile>No, Michael. I am not trying to overturn anything. However, the original submitter did try to change the principle. In a "democratic system" people are allowed to try to change the system. I have enough faith in the JAC not to have to dictate to the JAC what the JAC is "supposed to" decide.</smile>
