I included everything necessary in the PDF, including CQL and ZeeRex
even though they're specifications with a life of their own. (And indeed
ZeeRex is being standardised as Z39.something at the moment)
There isn't a mapping between CCL and CQL, but if you'd like to write
one up, then I'm sure that it would be appreciated by many :)
