The error I have is probably the result of the file permissions on
the folder not allowing the document to be parsed.
The modifications to the EAD document you are talking about would not
have an bearing on the issue at this point.
The parser has not even got to the document yet. It is still
attempting to resolve the dtd issues.
No need to worry about your document just yet.
