I've mounted a quick-and-dirty copy of a first draft of my talk on
Fahrenheit 451 on the Web at
http://www.wsu.edu/~brians/science_fiction/491talk.htm
The HTML is ugly Word-generated stuff, but it should look OK. I'd welcome
feedback and suggestions.
Remember, it's a talk to be read aloud to a general audience of people who
have recently read the book, hence the sometimes informal punctuation and
lack of documentation.
Thanks to everybody who sent suggestions. If I've made goofs or there are
obvious gaps, I'd appreciate knowing it before I really go public with this.
I'm leaving early Tuesday morning, so anything I can use has to reach me by
Monday evening.
The town involved is Enterprise, Oregon, and some surrounding villages; and
the grant was written by the Fishtrap organization.
