I might be missing something here. Why can't Marston license the rights? Surely EMI and Sony/BMG 
would like SOME money rather than NO money for ancient recorded music. Companies like Mosaic, 
Speakers Corner, Classic and others do this all the time. I have heard the labels are more receptive 
to small-scale licenses nowadays, not as cocky as when the money rolled in faster and easier. 
Perhaps the bean counters have figured out that a revenue trickle is better than a revenue drywell.
