Mike, for further diagnostic purposes, I got both. Here are the lines
in the new header which are suspicious. It may have nothing to do
with LOC at all.
Here is the full set of "received" headers from the newer message.
Note the one from netstream.ch - it seems to be the one that
triggered the resend.
