Hi John --
Since your job is making EAD finding aids searchable and deliverable, I'd like to pick your brain briefly :) We're in the process of converting our finding aids and are (or will be soon) looking for ways to do just that. What are you using for the search and rendering to HTML?
I took a look at your website, by the way -- I like the range of choices presented to the user as well as the various search options.
Thanks --
Michele

I should probably explain that my job is to develop software to search,
retrieve and deliver EAD finding aids (from over 100 institutions) via
the web. Hence any unusual, or institutional specific encoding causes me
a major headache, which is why I'm so against this approach.
