Dear Mr Hjulstad,
Although I haven't had any response to my last e-mails I just would like to inform you that the book "Languages of the World"/The Baltic Languages, Moscow, Academia, 2006, has been published (ISBN 5-87444-225-1). It contains the description of the Latgalian language as a separate language. It must be very relevant to make a decison in favour of Latgalian to have finally its own language code or identifier.
