Which would require making : a special character in CQL, or somewhat
unintuitively requiring spaces on either side. For example your above
example would currently parse as:
"my.id:" "123"
Rather than:
"my.id" ":" "123"
Adding special characters is something we'd rather not do as it also
potentially breaks a bunch of existing queries and token names.
