uhhhmmm...be careful it's not a "recycled" or 'previously-evaluated' 
product.

If it's been registered before by someone, you'll probably have a problem 
getting it licensed to work on your own machine(s)....and even then, Sony's 
strict about the number of 'your' machines that can operate the product.

Check the web, I found a site that sold v8 along with the noise
reduction plugin as a new package for barely more than the upgrade price
for SF from Sony. The NR plugin price by itself is normally more than SF
alone....!
