I just made the changes to the ISO 639-2 site that we discussed.

In particular I would like Anili to double check the French names. I was
not entirely sure whether some of the French forms she gave in the
email on Nov. 29 were replacements or additions to the French form that
was already there. In particular:

Should Jingpho be added to Kachin as in the English form (i.e. kachin,
jingpho)?

Previously the French form for the English name Kirghiz was "kirghize",
but the email said that it should be "kirghiz". So I changed it to the
latter.

Also, please check those that I added "langues" to.

I think I took care of them all; if anyone notices errors, let me know.
