African American Authors Translated into Chinese: an online discussion/presentation
Works written by African American authors have been embraced and translated by people throughout the world. Who are these authors? What works were translated? Join us for a presentation of Library of Congress resources that highlight African American authors who have been translated into Chinese. Invited guest, Dr. Xilao Li, professor of English, Harper College, IL, will share his insight into the history of these translations and the Chinese appreciation of African American authors.
