In a ZeeRex-profile SRU application that we are just finishing off
now, we need to search for targets by country of origin and bny
library type (academic, public, legal, etc.)

I can't find any appropriate CQL indexes for either of these in any of
the existing sets.  Can anyone point out indexes that I've missed?  If
not, we will have to introduce naughty temporary additions to the
ZeeRex set until a better solution is found.  (Yes, the country and
library-type fields are in extensions to the ZeeRex record.)
