Subject : MARC download of added Copy Allotment titles
MARC records for two titles, __ I Heard That Song Before___ (RC 63795) and __Olive's
Ocean__ (RC 63636) (see Operations Alert No. 07-09), have been added to
the April Copy Allotment. If you have already downloaded the files for
the April allotment, you may download the additional files by following these steps:
1. Access the NLS Network Library Services web site
2. Select the Download Bibliographic Records page
3. Select Download Previous Records
4. Select the file PICSADDS.TEX
If you have not downloaded the April allotment files, you may follow your normal
procedure. The two records have been added to the current MARC file (PICSCUR.TE-
X) and will be included in the April download. Full MARC records for the two missing
titles may also be downloaded directly from the Voyager catalog.
__Olive's Ocean__ by Kevin Henkes was previously listed in the October 2005 Copy
Allotment cycle with the book number RC 60752. Please delete this record from your
systems. NLS initially planned to use a shared master for this title but was unable to
obtain permission from the publishers. The book number RC 60752 will not be used.
