I am interested in this topic as well. We have sought permission to
make a hardcopy from something born digitally, and added to the
collection. I always code the records "K". Would like to hear from the
master catalogers how to process.
Thanks in advance also,

I came across an electronic document that I would like to add as a
paper
copy in our library collection.
I would like to know if we create a new bibliographic record in OCLC
for
the paper format?
Thanks,
