On Wednesday, May 9th, several colleagues from UIUC and I attended the 2nd meeting of the LoC Working Group on the Future of Bibliographic Control at ALA in Chicago.

There is still time to provide written testimony to this Working Group and I highly encourage you to do so. Those of you outside of academic libraries/LIS schools are highly encouraged to do so, as there seems to be little explicit representation by these communities in this process.
