If a METS record has a structMap with no fptr and no mptr, what
purpose does it serve by not containing or pointing to digital
content? Does anyone have a real example of that case?
Brian, thanks for mentioning the conditional requirement for
fileSec/fileGrp/file when fptr occurs. That is the sort of validation
requirement I'm interested in -- where the Schema can't effectively
state or enforce the data model.
